Associate Client Manager, Business Insurance Select

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring an Associate Client Manager for its Business Insurance Select team in Greensboro. You will support the team by meeting the service needs of clients, with prompt replies and attention to detail. The company offers business insurance, employee health and benefits, retirement and private client insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Business Insurance Select team by meeting the service needs of clients.
• Prepare endorsements, certificates, audits and applications with prompt replies and attention to detail.

Required profile

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of customer experience.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. permanently and without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Property & Casualty license, or ability to obtain it within 90 days.
• Insurance designations (e.g., INS, AAI, CISR) or equivalent knowledge of business insurance coverages.
• Experience with Sagitta, Image Right or EPIC.
