Client Manager, Business Insurance Select

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring a Client Manager for its Business Insurance Select team in Greensboro. As Client Manager you will manage client relationships to provide top-quality service and drive growth, acting as the main point of contact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Answer client questions and resolve billing issues
• Make policy changes and handle renewals, certificates and endorsements
• Provide prompt, courteous and knowledgeable assistance in day-to-day communications

Required profile

• High school diploma required
• At least 3 years of business insurance experience
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. permanently, without current or future sponsorship
• Preferred: associates or bachelor's degree, P&C license (or ability to obtain within 90 days), experience with Sagitta, Image Right or EPIC

Required skills

• Business insurance designations (e.g. INS, AAI, CISR) and/or demonstrated knowledge of business insurance coverages
