Associate Attorney - Litigation

About the role

Fishel Downey Albrecht & Riepenhoff LLC, a Columbus-area law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to assist on litigation files, with opportunities to serve as lead counsel in state and federal courts. Practice areas include insurance defense, constitutional law, employment law, construction law, personal injury, general business litigation and workers' compensation, and depending on interest the position may also include labor and civil service law. The office is in New Albany, Ohio, serving most of the state, with some flexibility for remote work.

Required profile

• Admitted to the practice of law in the state of Ohio
• At least three years of litigation experience; trial experience is a bonus but not required
• Significant client contact and immediate responsibility
