Associate Account Manager - Personal Lines Insurance

About the role

Momentous Insurance, a Marsh McLennan Agency, is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Associate Account Manager on its Personal Lines team. You will support clients with their insurance needs, keeping records accurate and responding promptly to their requests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Communication Log daily.
• Create transmittal letters and other correspondence letters as needed.
• Handle department scanning.
• Maintain agency EPIC files accurately, documenting conversations in emails and other client notes while following MIB electronic and EPIC procedures.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong follow-up and results-oriented approach.
• Good judgment, sense of urgency, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Current California Department of Insurance license and 1 year of experience preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to use a computer keyboard and office equipment such as fax and copy machines.
