Associate Account Manager

About the role

Bevi is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support its growing community of customers in direct‑to‑consumer markets. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of accounts, focusing on expansion, upgrades, and overall satisfaction while building long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upgrades, expansions, or new product adoption within existing accounts.
• Build relationships with key contacts and serve as the go‑to resource for Bevi product knowledge.
• Maintain regular touchpoints through email, phone, and video check‑ins.
• Track all account activity and renewal data in Salesforce with precision.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to resolve customer needs and uncover growth opportunities.
• Participate in trainings and mentorship programs to develop consultative selling and customer success skills.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a client‑facing role.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Curious, eager to learn, and motivated by helping customers succeed.
• Passion for sustainability and enthusiasm for Bevi’s mission.

Required skills

• Salesforce or CRM experience (preferred).
