Associate Account Manager - Commercial Entertainment Insurance

About the role

Momentous Insurance, a Marsh McLennan Agency, is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Associate Account Manager for its Commercial Entertainment team. The role covers commercial insurance, commercial entertainment, film and TV insurance, employee health and benefits insurance and private client insurance solutions. The work is done in a typical office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Communication Log daily.
• Create transmittal letters and other correspondence letters as needed.
• Perform department scanning.
• Maintain agency EPIC files accurately, documenting conversations in emails and other client notes while following MIB electronic and EPIC procedures.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong follow-up skills.
• Results-oriented, sound problem-solving and good judgment.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage time.
• High attention to detail, high integrity and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Current California Department of Insurance license and 1 year of experience are a plus, not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to use a computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for long periods, and to operate office equipment such as fax and copy machines.

• Base salary of $41,200 to $76,800, depending on experience, skills, training, location, certifications and education; performance-based incentives may also apply.
