Assistant to Grand Vendeur – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Assistant to the Grand Vendeur supports the senior sales professional in delivering exceptional service to Dior’s high‑net‑worth clientele. Working in the New York boutique, you will ensure seamless communication, transaction processing, and after‑sales care in line with Dior’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Grand Vendeur with scheduling appointments and managing client communications.
• Process sales transactions on behalf of the Grand Vendeur.
• Provide after‑sales service, including handling deliveries, shipments, and client gifts.
• Maintain client profiles and update information in the Dior Star CRM platform.
• Manage sales activities through the WeChat platform.
• Coordinate internal communications between clients, management, and the boutique network.
• Execute miscellaneous administrative and housekeeping tasks as needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong brand knowledge and a passion for high‑end fashion.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the WeChat sales platform.
• Experience using the Dior Star CRM system.
