Assistant Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Assistant Sales Coordinator supports the Senior Coordinator in managing the end‑to‑end sample process, retail relationships, and communication between internal and external teams. This entry‑level position is ideal for a fashion‑enthusiastic professional with strong organisational abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the coordinator with sample management and lifecycle tracking.
• Create and maintain costing sheets.
• Support showroom operations during client visits and seasonal market appointments.
• Prepare sales reports, order summaries, and maintain roadmaps.
• Manage customer communications, including order updates and issue resolution.
• Assist in planning and executing seasonal strategies.
• Monitor trends and provide insights to support sales strategies.
• Ensure accurate documentation of SKUs, sizes, colors, and product details.
• Maintain calendars and scheduling for the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in fashion sales support, retail coordination, or merchandising.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with product specifications.
• Basic understanding of fashion retail cycles, seasonal collections, and buying calendars.
