Assistant Project Manager – Scheduling

About the role

The Assistant Project Manager – Scheduling supports project teams by maintaining schedules, tracking milestones, and coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and field teams on utility‑scale solar, BESS, and electrical construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Update schedules based on field reports, track critical path activities, and identify potential delays.
• Coordinate schedule updates with Project Managers, Construction Managers, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports and project status updates.
• Support change management, forecasting, and other project‑control activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in construction, project management, scheduling or project controls.
• Experience in utility, solar, BESS, electrical or EPC environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Primavera P6 or comparable scheduling software.
• Microsoft Project.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
