Assistant Nurse Manager - Neurosurgery Operating Room

About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital as an Assistant Nurse Manager supporting the Neurosurgery Spine and Cranial operating rooms. You will provide clinical supervision, coordinate unit operations, and promote high‑quality patient care while developing your leadership experience in a top‑ranked Florida hospital.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate unit clinical operations and patient care in the Neurosurgery Spine and Cranial OR.
• Facilitate communication among caregivers, surgeons, anesthesia providers and other departments.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, transfers and ensure continuity of care between shifts.
• Provide clinical evaluations, counseling, and corrective actions for staff performance.
• Develop work schedules, ensure adequate coverage and lead quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• BSN from an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum two years recent clinical nursing experience.
• Strong clinical knowledge of neurosurgical procedures preferred.
