Assistant Marketing Manager, Government Markets

About the role

As an Assistant Marketing Manager you will support the Government Markets segment, working closely with the Director of Government Marketing to develop and execute multi‑channel campaigns that drive new business and customer growth for LexisNexis products.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and launch multi‑touch, multi‑channel campaigns that generate revenue.
• Create marketing assets such as surveys, email sequences, infographics and downloadable guides.
• Partner with sales teams to produce enablement materials that highlight product advantages.
• Write campaign briefs and coordinate with operations and creative teams to deliver campaign strategies.
• Analyze performance data and recommend optimizations for future initiatives.
• Support digital campaigns, events, nurture/drip programs and collaborate with agencies to boost lead generation.

Required profile

• Proven marketing experience in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex initiatives.
• Excellent written communication skills for email, digital ads, guides and sales collateral.
• Analytical mindset with experience evaluating campaign performance.
• Self‑starter attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced setting.
• Effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
