About the role
Join a family‑owned Domino's franchise in Louisiana as an Assistant Manager. You’ll lead a shift team, ensure smooth operations, and help deliver great food and service to the community.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all activities during your shift, including food preparation, delivery, and customer interactions.
- Manage cost controls such as inventory, labor, and cash handling.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and hold team members accountable.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
Required profile
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- No drug or alcohol‑related motor vehicle violations in the past 7 years.
- Reliable personal transportation.
