About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to lead our restaurant team in Louisiana. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring cost control, and delivering excellent customer service. You will set the example for the crew and help drive the store’s success.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all activities during your shift, including inventory, labor, and cash control.
- Maintain cost controls such as inventory costs and labor expenses.

- Hold team members accountable and model company standards.
Required profile
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- No drug or alcohol‑related motor vehicle violations in the past 7 years.
- Reliable personal transportation.
