Assistant Legal Counsel (Miami)

About the role

ONErpm is seeking an Assistant Legal Counsel to support its commercial and marketing teams across global territories. Based in Miami, you will help draft, process, and sign commercial contracts while negotiating new business deals with clients and their attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize commercial contracts in line with company policy.
• Negotiate new business agreements with senior attorneys and external partners.
• Design and implement best practices for legal document management and risk analysis.
• Review redlines and suggested adjustments to ensure compliance with the business model.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in the legal field.
• Background in intellectual property, especially within tech, music, or entertainment, is highly recommended.
• Ability to negotiate business deals with senior attorneys.
• Fluency in English; additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Russian) is a plus.
• Based in Miami with a passion for music and the digital music ecosystem.
