Assembler I – Entry Level Medical Device Production

About the role

Join Terumo Neuro’s manufacturing team as an Assembler I, performing assembly and sub‑assembly of medical device products under close supervision. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a cleanroom environment while supporting production goals.

Key responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing instructions to assemble products or prototypes and record build data.
• Communicate material, process, or procedural issues to leads and supervisors.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors on special assembly requests.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and adhere to quality and compliance policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0‑1 year of manufacturing experience (preferably medical device assembly).
• Basic math skills and ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Willingness to work overtime and follow cleanroom gowning procedures.

Required skills

• Use of microscope, vision system, or related automated equipment for precision assembly.
• Basic measuring techniques using scales, rulers, and both US and metric units.
