ASO Sales Executive - AsureWorks

About the role

Asure Software is looking for an AsureWorks Sales Executive to drive new revenue growth in the 25-150 employee market segment by selling high-value, multi-product payroll and HR outsourcing solutions. The role suits a consultative sales professional with experience selling HCM, PEO or ASO solutions and a track record of exceeding quota. The base is in North Carolina, South Carolina or Virginia.

Key responsibilities

• Generate net-new business through outbound prospecting, networking and referrals
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed quota
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with C-suite and senior decision makers
• Run disciplined discovery (BANT and financial due diligence) and forecast accurately
• Develop and deliver proposals and executive presentations
• Partner with Solutions Consultants, Operations, Deal Desk and specialty teams to build multi-product solutions
• Negotiate financial agreements and verify clients meet operational and financial requirements
• Track sales activity, forecasting and pipeline in Salesforce
• Support colleague referrals and drive product attachment

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of quota-carrying consultative sales experience (SaaS preferred)
• Demonstrated success selling HCM, PEO, ASO or related workforce solutions strongly preferred
• Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Willingness to travel about 15-20%
