Arterial Account Manager - Peripheral Vascular (Minnesota)

About the role

Stryker is hiring an Arterial Account Manager in Minnesota to act as a field-based sales representative for Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD), focused on its Artix and LimFlow product portfolios. The role works with a high degree of autonomy, partnering with interventionalists, vascular surgeons, service line leadership and internal teams to build, launch and scale PAD and LimFlow programs in assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new growth opportunities and unmet clinical needs in PAD and CLTI populations
• Build alignment with physician champions and hospital leadership
• Drive adoption through clinical excellence, therapy education and program-building
• Create demand, expand access and grow long-term franchise value for Artix and LimFlow
• Coordinate account plans with VTE Account Managers using shared targets and aligned messaging
• Present clinical and financial benefits of the devices to physicians and administrators
• Evaluate new products, gather customer feedback and share it with Product Development and Marketing
• Represent the company at trade shows and educational meetings, and take part in regional weekly calls
• Share customer acceptance information with executives and staff, and work with Medical Education on clinical content for national calls
• Help coordinate new hire and account manager assignments, and support training needs of field clinical leaders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 6 years of demonstrated successful sales experience
• At least 4 years preferred in peripheral vascular arterial sales or related medical device experience
• Consistent quota attainment
• Able to travel extensively, including overnight to client sites, 70-80% of the time
• Preferred: at least 2 years in Stryker or Inari sales, and previous experience in the peripheral arterial space

What we offer

• Base salary plus commission, stated as $125,000 and possibly eligible for additional commission and bonuses
