Key responsibilities

• Conduct patrols and security checks to prevent unauthorized activity
• Monitor entrances, exits and restricted areas
• Screen for prohibited items and enforce site policies
• Respond to alarms, incidents and emergencies, using de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts safely
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary
• Conduct access control and identification verification
• Prepare detailed incident and activity reports and maintain security equipment
• Support investigations through accurate documentation and information gathering

Required profile

• Active Tennessee Armed Security License and Dallas Law Certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience conducting patrols and managing security incidents
• Reliable, punctual, observant and able to stay calm under pressure
• Strong report-writing and documentation skills; ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred qualifications

• Active Shooter certification and First Aid and CPR certification
• Experience in school, commercial, hospitality or event environments
• Experience with surveillance and security equipment
• Military, law enforcement, executive protection or professional security background
