Application System Analyst II - Converge Revenue Cycle

About the role

The Application System Analyst II acts as a bridge between end‑users, operational leaders, support teams and vendors to design, build, and optimise assigned healthcare applications. The role involves providing application support, collaborating with the Service Desk, and ensuring solutions meet both operational and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support and maintain assigned applications and related business processes.
• Collaborate across project boundaries, propose practical solutions and provide oversight for assigned tasks.
• Perform process and requirement analysis, including mapping current flows, eliciting requirements and conducting gap analysis.
• Maintain clear status reporting for stakeholders and represent user needs during system updates.
• Guide newer team members in using application training resources and documentation.
