Process Automation Expert

About the role

The Process Automation Expert will partner with Nestlé USA business teams to identify inefficiencies, design scalable automation solutions, and deliver production‑ready capabilities that reduce manual effort, improve quality, and accelerate cycle times. This role bridges business and technology, leading complex automation initiatives from discovery through sustainment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current‑state processes with stakeholders to uncover automation opportunities that boost speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
• Lead workshops, document process flows, define requirements, and prioritize initiatives based on impact and complexity.
• Design and implement solutions using RPA tools, workflow orchestration, Power Platform, APIs, data integrations, and AI/GenAI‑enabled patterns.
• Oversee the build, test, deployment, and hyper‑care phases, ensuring solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Create reusable automation playbooks, intake criteria, design standards, and sustainment models to enable consistent delivery at scale.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in process improvement, automation delivery, or digital transformation, including leading cross‑functional initiatives.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Automate/Power Platform.
• 3+ years applying AI‑enabled automation concepts like document intelligence, NLP, or GenAI‑assisted workflows.
