Analyst ERP & Corporate Applications

About the role

The Analyst ERP & Corporate Applications provides technical and functional support for enterprise financial systems, primarily Workday Finance. Working closely with business users, the analyst ensures accurate configuration, testing, and reporting to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist business units in identifying technical solutions and integrating them with existing ERP and corporate applications.
• Evaluate and maintain configuration, implementation, and technical requirements across development, staging, and production environments.
• Analyze work processes, troubleshoot operational issues, and execute comprehensive test scenarios.
• Develop and uphold technology standards while serving as a liaison to functional owners and subject‑matter experts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting, configuring, or administering enterprise financial systems, preferably Workday Financial Management.
• Experience with ERP configuration, security administration, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to learn new technologies quickly.

Required skills

• Workday Financial Management configuration and reporting.
• ERP application configuration and business process maintenance.
• Financial system modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Management, Procurement, and Revenue Management.
• Testing, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
