About the role
The AI Product Enablement Senior Manager works closely with the Director of Product Enablement, who leads the design and execution of the AI Capability & Enablement function within Quotient Inside. Operating at the intersection of Product Strategy and Product Delivery, the role translates firm-wide AI priorities into scalable enablement strategies, coaching, triage, experimentation and institutional guidance. It is a senior connector between strategic intent and enterprise execution, owning operating rhythms, stakeholder alignment, prioritization and workflow design so that AI usage scales responsibly. The role is hybrid, with 60% in-office attendance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and review the operating model for the AI enablement function, ensuring coaching, triage, experimentation and standards run effectively at scale
- Design and optimize workflows for intake, routing, escalation, prioritization and feedback, and track KPIs such as adoption patterns, response time and enablement effectiveness
- Set operating standards, governance and service expectations, and act as a senior clearing house for AI questions and escalations
- Route bugs, platform issues and systemic pain points to formal feedback and product improvement mechanisms
- Run AI coaching through office hours, working sessions and 1:1s, and advise colleagues on turning ambiguous business problems into AI-solvable opportunities
- Guide hands-on experimentation with meta-prompting, custom GPT configuration and workflow prototyping, and turn it into playbooks and standards
- Capture recurring patterns and turn them into living exemplars, guides and playbooks, and feed insights to Product Strategy and the Director of AI Product Enablement
- Lead enablement initiatives from scoping to adoption, coordinating Product Strategy, Design, Training & Comms and platform teams
Required profile
- 8-10 years of experience in AI enablement, digital delivery, product operations, project management or related roles
- Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows (custom GPTs, prompt engineering, AI assistants)
- Preferred: professional services or matrixed environments, and experience influencing senior stakeholders and shaping operating models
Required skills
- Structured project leadership, facilitation and coaching
- Fluent in AI experimentation (meta-prompting, workflow testing, custom GPT exploration)
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking, able to identify patterns and turn learning into scalable action
The base salary range is $165,000 to $200,000, depending on experience, skills, location and other factors; the position may also be eligible for performance-based incentives.
