AI Product Enablement Manager

About the role

The AI Product Enablement Manager leads the day-to-day execution of the AI Capability & Enablement function within Quotient Inside, at the intersection of Product Strategy and Product Delivery. The role turns firm-wide AI priorities into coaching, triage, experimentation and scalable guidance, and owns the operating rhythms, stakeholder coordination and workflow management that let AI usage scale responsibly. Oliver Wyman operates a hybrid policy of 60% in-office attendance.

Key responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations of the AI enablement function, including coaching, triage, experimentation and standards setting
• Design and manage workflows for intake, routing, escalation and feedback, and track KPIs such as adoption patterns, response time and enablement effectiveness
• Monitor OW channels, act as a clearing house for AI questions and route requests to feedback mechanisms, exemplars, prompt libraries or training materials
• Coach colleagues through office hours, working sessions and 1:1 support, and guide them in turning ambiguous problems into AI-solvable use cases
• Run hands-on experiments with AI tools, including meta-prompting refinement, custom GPT configuration and workflow prototyping
• Identify recurring patterns and turn them into reusable artifacts such as living exemplars, blog posts, demos and guides
• Lead discrete enablement initiatives from planning to execution, coordinating Product Strategy, Design, Training & Comms and platform teams

Required profile

• At least 6 years of experience in AI enablement, digital delivery, product operations, project management or related roles
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with defined deliverables
• Experience in professional services or complex, matrixed environments preferred

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows such as custom GPTs, prompt engineering and AI assistants
• Project management, facilitation and coaching skills
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
• Analytical thinking, pattern recognition and synthesis of insights

• Base salary range of $125,000 to $175,000, with possible performance-based incentives
