AI Engineer – Marketing & GTM Systems

About the role

Rwazi is building AI‑driven tools to automate manual go‑to‑market workflows. As an AI Engineer you will ship functional automation components weekly, replacing manual prospecting, enrichment, and campaign operations with self‑running systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an outbound engine that sources leads, enriches data, scores prospects, and triggers personalized sequences integrated with the CRM.
• Create inbound and lifecycle automations for lead routing, qualification, nurture triggers, activation and re‑engagement.
• Build AI‑assisted content pipelines for outbound copy, landing pages, social posts and campaign assets with quality‑gate checks.
• Design GTM data dashboards that automatically report pipeline, conversion and campaign performance.
• Deliver rapid temporary fixes for broken GTM workflows or tool gaps.

Required profile

• Self‑directed engineer who identifies manual workflows, proposes fixes and ships them without waiting for external vendors.
• Available to work with meaningful US‑timezone overlap and comfortable collaborating with Marketing/GTM leadership.

Required skills

• Strong Python and/or TypeScript programming.
• Experience with LLM APIs (Claude, GPT), prompt engineering, agent frameworks and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation.
• Proficiency in web scraping, data enrichment and API integrations.
• Hands‑on with modern GTM stack: CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce‑type), enrichment tools (Clay/Apollo‑type), orchestration platforms (n8n/Make/Zapier), email infrastructure.
