AI Engagement Manager

About the role

Runway‑ml is looking for a senior AI Engagement Manager to lead relationships with its most strategic partners, from Hollywood studios to Fortune‑100 enterprises. The role can be performed remotely across the US or London.

Key responsibilities

• Own deep, trusted C‑suite relationships with strategic partners and ensure long‑term collaboration on AI‑driven creative projects.
• Collaborate directly with world‑class creative teams to co‑create award‑winning content such as shows, movies, and Super Bowl commercials.
• Translate partner use‑cases into product initiatives and help shape Runway’s roadmap.
• Onboard new partners to the platform or API, provide technical guidance, and track partnership performance using BI tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years in customer‑facing roles engaging C‑level technical audiences, preferably in tech, finance or consulting.
• Proven experience delivering complex Generative AI or traditional ML implementations with measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize ruthlessly, and work autonomously amid ambiguity.
