About the role
The central kitchen is looking for a Food Service Agent to join the team on a replacement basis. You will take part in the collective preparation of meals while ensuring strict compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in daily meal production, respecting collective catering hygiene rules.
- Handle allergenic products safely and according to regulations.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and premises in clean condition.
- Perform large‑scale dishwashing (plonge batterie).
- Report any anomalies or issues to the direct supervisor promptly.
Required profile
- CAP in polyvalent restaurant service is a plus.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift loads.
- Team‑oriented attitude with flexibility and discretion.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
- Understanding of safety rules for kitchen products and equipment.
- Ability to operate kitchen tools and equipment safely.
- Experience in handling allergenic foods.
What we offer
- Fixed‑term replacement contract (CDD).
- 38‑hour work week, Monday‑Friday, 06:00‑13:36.
- Specific uniform provided.
