Agency Producer

About the role

Pixel is an innovation and growth marketing boutique agency helping Fortune 500 brands launch and market new products. The Agency Producer will work in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment, collaborating with creative teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts and execute them cost‑effectively.
• Source, negotiate, and manage external vendors such as photographers, directors, and production companies.
• Oversee logistics of photo and video shoots, including casting, location scouting, and equipment rentals.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and ensure contracts/releases are obtained and compliance is met.
• Coordinate with post‑production teams to deliver final assets on schedule.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of agency production experience, preferably in advertising or marketing.
• Strong project management skills with budget and timeline oversight.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of production techniques, equipment, and legal/ethical guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in art, design, or related field.
