Agency Producer – Healthcare Advertising

About the role

Real Chemistry’s 21GRAMS agency is seeking an experienced Producer to lead and execute health‑focused advertising projects. Working within ROOM42, the in‑house production team, you will partner with the Executive Producer, Creative, and Account Management teams to bring ambitious campaigns to life.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Executive Producer to estimate and manage budgets ranging from $1,000 to $1,000,000.
• Oversee all production elements, including labor, equipment, locations, casting, permits, transportation, lodging, catering, scheduling, logistics planning, and media delivery.
• Leverage a broad network of top‑tier production companies for shoots and post‑production.
• Lead projects from concept through delivery while maintaining financial efficiency and creative excellence.
• Uphold the agency’s culture of hard work and mutual respect.
