Affiliate & Influencer Partnerships Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, relationship‑oriented coordinator to support and grow our affiliate, influencer, creator, and media partnership programs across digital channels. You will manage everything from creator outreach and affiliate onboarding to campaign coordination, reporting, and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of affiliate, influencer, and creator partnerships – research, outreach, onboarding, campaign coordination, and reporting.
• Coordinate creator campaigns, including outreach, gifting, timelines, approvals, deliverables, usage rights, and follow‑ups.
• Manage affiliate partnerships by maintaining links, promo codes, campaign assets, and partner communications.
• Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, affiliate activity, and creator deliverables.
• Maintain organized partnership databases, reporting trackers, and campaign calendars across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, and blogs.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, social media, PR, affiliate marketing, or related roles.
• Passion for social media, creators, digital culture, and influencer marketing.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
• Highly detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable communicating with creators, talent managers, agencies, and external partners professionally.

Required skills

• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, Social Snowball, and ShopMy.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and project management tools.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, and creator ecosystems.
