Adult Home Health Aide – All Shifts Available

About the role

Join BAYADA as a Home Health Aide to provide personal care, household support, and companionship to adults in their homes, helping them stay safe and independent.

Key responsibilities

• Follow a written care plan from a registered nurse to deliver personal care services.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and give medication reminders.
• Support range‑of‑motion exercises, ambulation, and transfers using mechanical lifting devices.

Required profile

• Previous home health or patient care experience is welcomed.
• Passion for caregiving, empathy, patience, and respect.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients’ homes.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, reliable care.

Required skills

• Ability to follow care plans and provide personal care services.
• Basic household support and meal preparation skills.
• Knowledge of safe ambulation techniques and use of lifting devices.
