Admissions Registered Nurse – Home Health

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Admissions Registered Nurse to perform home health visits in Atlantic County, NJ. The RN will join a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitative and skilled nursing care to clients in their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and execute doctors' orders.
• Make home visits to clients in assigned geographic territories.
• Administer medication, provide wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Perform client assessments, case management, and coordination.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a tablet EMR system.

Required profile

• Current NJ Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to assigned cases.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Solid computer skills for documentation and tablet use.
