Platt College Los Angeles is seeking a part‑time Adjunct Instructor to teach Business Management courses on its Anaheim campus. The role involves delivering in‑person instruction to adult learners, ensuring course objectives are met and fostering a disciplined, engaging classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lectures, discussions and practical activities aligned with the Business Management curriculum.
• Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes and exams, providing timely feedback.
• Maintain an organized classroom that supports adult learning principles.
• Stay current with industry trends to integrate real‑world examples into lessons.
• Collaborate with department staff on curriculum updates and student support.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience in a business management or small‑business management role.
• Demonstrated ability to teach adult learners and create a positive learning environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Motivation and enthusiasm for education.
