Account Supervisor – Public Relations

About the role

TruePoint Communications is seeking an Account Supervisor to lead public‑relations initiatives for consumer and B2B brands. You will act as the primary liaison for clients, delivering strategic counsel and ensuring high‑impact results.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and overseeing service delivery.
• Provide strategic recommendations, manage day‑to‑day client activities, and coordinate research, planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing programs.
• Develop and execute strategic communications programs that align with client business goals and drive measurable outcomes.
• Secure high‑quality media placements, maintain relationships with journalists and influencers, and manage crisis communications.
• Oversee client budgets, monthly billing, financial forecasting, and utilization metrics.

• Proven experience designing and executing high‑impact marketing communications for consumer and B2B brands.
• Track record of excellent client service, retention, and delivering measurable results.
• Strong leadership mindset with a passion for developing and mentoring team members.
