Head of Demand Generation

About the role

Chamelio is building a legal intelligence platform for modern organizations and is seeking a senior leader to own its demand generation and growth marketing function. Reporting directly to the CEO and Co‑Founder, you will design and execute a predictable pipeline engine that fuels global go‑to‑market efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global growth marketing strategy and pipeline targets.
• Build, launch, and optimize paid, organic, outbound, event, webinar, and partnership campaigns.
• Develop account‑based marketing programs for priority enterprise accounts.
• Create campaigns aimed at general counsel, legal operations, and procurement leaders.
• Improve conversion across website visits, leads, meetings, pilots, and closed‑won revenue.
• Establish reporting on CAC, pipeline contribution, conversion, attribution, and ROAS.
• Collaborate closely with sales on target accounts, messaging, and pipeline quality.
• Partner with product and customer teams to turn outcomes into content, case studies, and campaigns.
• Test new channels, messages, offers, and audiences rapidly.
• Build and manage the growth marketing team and external partners as the company scales.

Required profile

• Proven experience building growth or demand generation for an enterprise SaaS company.
• Track record of generating qualified pipeline, not just leads or engagement.
• Experience marketing to senior enterprise buyers through long, complex sales cycles.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in attribution, experimentation, conversion, and budget allocation.
• Ability to operate strategically and hands‑on in an early‑stage environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales and clear understanding of enterprise pipeline management.
