Account Representative

About the role

The Account Representative will service customers via inbound and outbound calls, presenting and closing sales of medical products and services. The role includes patient enrollment, repeat order opportunities, and thorough documentation in Brightree.

Key responsibilities

• Process leads from external departments and follow up with product offerings.
• Place outbound calls in response to customer inquiries and approved marketing leads.
• Research issues, resolve problems, and communicate outcomes to customers.
• Maintain accurate records in Brightree following corporate compliance guidelines.
• Exceed quality and quantity performance standards while supporting departmental goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience.
• Willingness to engage in telephone direct sales.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Brightree software.
• Strong data‑entry and computer skills.
• Call‑center experience preferred.
• English/Spanish bilingual ability preferred.
