Account Manager – Travel, Hospitality & Gaming (Remote, USA)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Account Manager to lead growth in the Travel, Hospitality and Gaming (THG) sectors for FullStackFullStack. Working remotely, you will act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite leaders of iconic resorts, airlines and gaming companies, turning technical delivery into long‑term, multi‑million‑dollar partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand an existing THG portfolio, identifying opportunities in AI, data modernization and guest‑experience software.
• Drive net revenue retention and manage the P&L for each account.
• Build peer‑level relationships with CTOs, CMOs and VPs of Loyalty/Digital Experience.
• Leverage your network in Las Vegas, Orlando or other travel hubs to acquire new enterprise logos and secure $1M+ initial engagements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to draft custom statements of work addressing dynamic pricing, loyalty engines and frictionless guest journeys.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and steering committees, presenting data‑driven ROI.
• Represent the company at industry events such as G2E and HITEC.
• Travel periodically (25‑30%) for on‑site workshops and summits.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in digital services or software consulting, with a strong focus on Travel, Hospitality or Gaming.
• Established network in Las Vegas or Orlando and a proven record of delivering high‑value digital transformations.
• Ability to influence C‑suite executives and navigate complex organizational politics.
