Account Manager – Sports Sponsorships

About the role

As an Account Manager – Sports Sponsorships at BDA, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their branding objectives, and deliver promotional merchandise solutions that drive fan engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contact and opportunity database and develop proactive strategies and pitches for clients.
• Translate client sponsorship objectives into compelling merchandise programs and oversee projects from ideation to completion.
• Achieve short‑ and long‑term sales and profitability goals while tracking and measuring business performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of account management or business development experience, preferably in the sports industry.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to manage budgets and forecasts.

Required skills

• Experience supporting sports teams, leagues, events, or sponsors.
• Knowledge of branded merchandise and sponsorship activations.
