Account Manager – Managed Permanent Paraprofessional (Huntsville, AL)

About the role

The Account Manager for Managed Permanent Paraprofessional staff will act as the primary specialist for placing educational paraprofessionals in schools and districts across the Huntsville area. You will partner closely with recruiters and clients to ensure seamless staffing solutions that meet educational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the placement of paraprofessional staff for schools, districts, and other educational organizations.
• Collaborate with recruiters to fulfill staffing requirements promptly and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Proactively resolve any issues related to staffing or service delivery, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Track, report, and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Required profile

• Proven ability to create and maintain high‑level strategic client relationships.
• Minimum 2 years of client account management and operations experience in staffing, HR, or a related industry.
• At least 2 years of people‑leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 20% and a valid US driver’s license.
