Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager leads assigned lines of business, focusing on Kids & Family, to achieve revenue, margin and NPS goals while building strong client relationships. This hybrid role requires four days onsite in Atlanta (or Dallas) and one remote day per week.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client trust, proactively addressing challenges and identifying business opportunities.
• Coordinate creation of engaging, age‑appropriate products that drive brand affinity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on‑time delivery of products and services.
• Analyze financial aspects of accounts and recommend improvements to margins and sales projections.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in business, marketing or related field.
• Proven client relationship management and presentation development skills.
• Strong organizational, project management and financial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail‑oriented and able to work autonomously.
