Account Manager

About the role

Catalina is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of consumer packaged goods (CPG) and retail client accounts. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring campaigns are implemented flawlessly, performance is maximized, and client ROI is delivered across all digital and in‑store channels.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document campaign specifications and technical requirements from assigned customers.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to create creative assets for go‑to‑market campaigns and client presentations.
• Oversee the quality and completeness of implementation packages and manage the end‑to‑end campaign publication process.
• Maintain accountability for overall campaign delivery, monitoring performance and addressing issues promptly.
• Serve as the client advocate across internal functions, communicating needs and driving continuous improvement.
