Sales Support Consultant

About the role

The Sales Support Consultant at Catalina will help shape the company’s go‑to‑market strategy by designing and optimizing digital campaigns for consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands and retailers. Working closely with sales teams and clients, you will translate client objectives into data‑driven proposals and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of campaign designs that align with client goals, budgets and timelines.
• Generate accurate estimates using multiple internal systems, set targets and select appropriate channels.
• Develop comprehensive, data‑based proposals and recommend Catalina solutions that meet client KPIs.
• Extract and analyze data from proprietary platforms to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Produce detailed insights reports to support prospecting, answer client questions and uncover new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal partners to continuously improve campaign performance and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially under pressure.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can troubleshoot issues and think critically.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, operations and product teams.
