Account Manager – Human Nutrition, Vitamins & Carotenoids

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to lead our Human Nutrition, Vitamins & Carotenoids portfolio across the United States. You will manage strategic relationships with key customers in the dietary supplement, food and beverage, and functional food sectors, driving growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer development and growth activities aligned with the Human Nutrition strategy.
• Drive the key account planning process, creating and executing account plans for U.S. customers.
• Identify, negotiate, and close growth opportunities while managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement the Human Nutrition strategy, define budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive new business and innovation initiatives.
• Serve as the primary customer focal point, handling senior‑level interactions and issue escalation.
• Build and maintain senior‑level customer relationships, presenting to internal and external stakeholders and steering high‑impact business discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management.
• Proven sales leadership and influencing skills, with experience in strategic account planning.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Entrepreneurial, solution‑oriented mindset with collaborative work style.
• Business acumen in managing budgets, KPIs, and performance targets.
• Excellent senior‑level communication and interpersonal skills.
