Account Manager – Corporate Legal Accounts (Hybrid, Dayton, OH)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to lead our Corporate Legal Accounts in Dayton, Ohio. This hybrid position combines office collaboration on Mondays and Tuesdays with remote work, allowing you to build strong relationships with legal clients while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify, target, and maximize revenue opportunities within corporate legal accounts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts and decision‑makers.
• Own the overall health of each customer relationship and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on product or content issues.
• Negotiate and renegotiate contracts to align with business objectives.
• Gather market insights and report on progress toward goals.

Required profile

• Proven successful B2B sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED (additional education a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Experience interacting with C‑level corporate executives.
• Background in field account management and marketing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
