Account Executive

About the role

Red Antler’s creative performance marketing partner, Fat Earth, is seeking an Account Executive to design and execute growth strategies for a diverse portfolio of e‑commerce clients. You will own client relationships, lead strategic planning, and collaborate across media buying, lifecycle, and creative teams to achieve measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement paid‑media strategies aligned with each client’s business objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and assets.
• Analyze and optimize multi‑channel media spend, using data‑driven insights to refine tactics.
• Produce bi‑weekly performance reports with recommendations and results.
• Maintain ongoing client communication, building strong, trusted partnerships.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2C digital marketing experience, preferably in direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver strategic growth plans.
• Strong analytical mindset with a talent for turning data into actionable stories.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
