Account Executive

About the role

Intermedia is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth of its cloud communications and collaboration solutions. This role focuses on managing and expanding a portfolio of small‑ and medium‑business customers through upselling and cross‑selling.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage an identified book of business for Intermedia’s hosted solutions.
• Handle inbound calls from assigned customer accounts and respond to platform migration or plan change requests.
• Research and detect upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within the named account list.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and run targeted campaigns.
• Prioritize work to achieve and exceed individual sales quota.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and online demonstrations of Intermedia services.
• Provide technical information on Intermedia products and collaborate with internal partners on cross‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in channel sales, inside sales, or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building executive relationships.
• Strong understanding of solution‑based and value‑based selling methodologies.
