Account Executive – Hospice Sales

About the role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as an Account Executive focused on hospice services. You will drive growth in the Berks and Lehigh Counties by building strong referral relationships and promoting high‑quality hospice care.

Key responsibilities

• Generate referrals for hospice services by building relationships with physicians, long‑term care, independent and assisted living facilities, and other community resources.
• Conduct market analysis and develop sales strategies, goals, and plans.
• Perform sales calls, evaluate results, and assess the effectiveness of sales activities.
• Support business development activities and establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.

Required profile

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years recent sales experience in the health‑care industry, preferably in home health care or hospice.
• Formal sales training and proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
• Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market and strong planning, organization, and presentation skills.

• Base salary of $80,000‑$85,000 per year, plus monthly and quarterly commission opportunities.
