Account Executive – Enterprise Sales (Remote)

About the role

Join ChargerHelp, a fast‑growing cleantech startup, as an Account Executive focused on enterprise sales of electric vehicle charging solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, targeting EVSE manufacturers, major fleets, charge point operators and large real‑estate owners.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed an annual sales target of $1.5M+ through proactive prospecting and strategic account management.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, from pipeline creation to closing multi‑million‑dollar deals.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to deepen customer engagement and drive growth.
• Conduct consultative needs assessments, present tailored solutions, and negotiate high‑value contracts.

Required profile

• Relentless, results‑driven professional with deep knowledge of the EV charging industry.
• Proven B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in EV or EV‑charging markets.
• Documented history of exceeding annual sales targets of at least $2 million.
• Ability to manage and close mid‑to‑large accounts independently.
• Startup mindset—resourceful, able to build processes and thrive in ambiguity.
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
