Account Executive, Enterprise

About the role

Reducto is seeking an Account Executive to own the full enterprise sales cycle for large, complex accounts. You will work in‑person from our San Francisco office, driving revenue through a structured sales process and collaborating closely with engineering and the founding team.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end enterprise sales from targeted outbound to close for large accounts.
• Navigate multi‑threaded deals involving technical evaluators, security/legal review, procurement, and economic buyers.
• Partner with engineering and founders to scope and run technical proofs‑of‑concept and pilots.
• Build and continuously refine the enterprise sales playbook.
• Provide customer feedback, objections, and competitive intelligence to product and leadership.

Required profile

• Highly motivated self‑starter with a proven track record of exceeding targets in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, especially with technical or AI/ML solutions.
• Strategic thinker who can identify customer pain points and articulate value to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Effective collaborator who works well with cross‑functional teams and can provide market feedback.
• Willingness to work onsite five days a week in San Francisco.

Required skills

• Experience selling enterprise B2B SaaS or AI/ML solutions.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them to diverse audiences.
