Account Executive – Commerce Campaigns

About the role

Publicis Commerce, part of Publicis Groupe, is looking for an Account Executive to help develop and lead its commerce campaigns. The role sits within a team focused on the final mile of the retail customer journey, covering shopper marketing, field marketing, events, promotions, loyalty and retail POS strategy. Candidates must live within commuting distance of the Bentonville location for a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day client relationship and support senior leadership in building the broader partnership
• Become a brand, category and commerce expert and evaluate briefs and creative products strategically
• Take part in strategic planning and creative ideation, and independently manage projects from brief to execution
• Translate client information internally, manage team workflows and deadlines, and collaborate closely with Creative
• Support creative programs such as timelines, trafficking, material reviews and competitive audits
• Manage project budgets, estimates, purchase orders and invoicing, and run electronic job jackets and billing information
• Work with external vendors where needed, and keep status documents and meeting recaps up to date

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, communication, advertising, marketing or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a professional office setting, preferably agency or retail media network
• Agency, client and industry knowledge, with strategic thinking for shopper marketing programs
• Ability to manage time, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Detail-oriented, proactive and dependable, with strong interpersonal skills

Required skills

• Google Workspace, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote
• Prior experience with project management software such as Asana is preferred but not mandatory

• Salary range of USD 50,065 to 60,040 per year
