Account Coordinator

About the role

Martin Retail Group is looking for an entry‑level Account Coordinator to support its South Central Region office. The role offers exposure to automotive retail marketing operations and a pathway to grow into account executive responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support regional and Local Marketing Association activities based on weekly business needs.
• Collect, organize, and analyze client and competitor data for marketing initiatives.
• Assist with securing client approvals for media and production estimates and maintain organized records for GM incentive programs, sales materials, media schedules, commercials, catalogs, and product information.
• Track internal reports, performance metrics, and business activities while managing office calendars and providing administrative support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or 4‑year degree in a related field.
• 0–1 years of agency, marketing, or related business experience; internships or temporary assignments are beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
